Execution process is written in BOQ instead of performance requirement. What if you follow process and the delivery does not meet the requirement.

• Contract format- for all the stakeholders flooring just a line item and not a comprehensive scope. So the cheapest product, and services are combined to deliver the project and at the end client suffers.
• FM2 has now replaced Tremix. Awareness on the meaning of FM2 is poor. A level criteria is now being used as definition of floor. Asking FM2 for suspended, deck slabs, which has deflection higher than tolerances.
