PASSENGER CUM MATERIAL HOIST (PM Hoist):
Model: IPM-200
This is a 100% Make in India Product designed to lift 2000 Kgs. It is the most robust, efficient, reliable and safest PM Hoist in the market.

INNOMAC Hoists are designed with FEA Compliant parts and assemblies with highly robust design and world class safety systems. The CNC Punching, bending, CO2 welding operations in specific dies and fixtures makes the unit perfect and provides reduced noise and vibrations.

The hoist is equipped with modern electric system of LED Lighting, fan, smooth operation of the machine with VFD drive, sliding door system, joystick operations with the option of overload cut off, floor selector and emergency switch panel. This makes the equipment easy to use, fatigue free and safe.

Material Hoist:
Models IMH-1000/1500.
These machines are designed & tested with FEA software. The hoist works in easy vertical material movement in construction sites offering the best in the class features, reliability and safety. The drive system of the machine is with the latest technology.

In-line planetary gearbox and energy efficient reliable S-4 Duty Brake Motor is present. The built-in brake system in the motor provides safety by electromagnetic self-locking during power failure. The machine also has a mechanical safety lock in case of any rope slips / rope damage. This machine is designed with unique attachments like: concrete tiltable bucket, 12 metres rebar attachments, granite/ Marble slabs attachment, glass panel lifting attachment.

Bar Cutting Machine:
Models ICM-42/52/55.
These machines are designed and tested by FEA software to achieve best performance. Tool box: INNOMAC provides the additional features of in-built toolbox in cutting machine for the first time in the industry.

This can be used to store tools and spares like Allen key set, blades, Hour Meter: INNOMAC has introduced Hour meter for the first timein cutting and bending machines. This helps P&M team to monitor machine utilization and plan scheduled maintenance.

All models are provided with the best in the industry DOL starter with built in additional safety for over and under voltage protection and reverse rotation prevention. Ergonomically designed hand lever is easy to operate, using operator body weight and less effort & safe operation from front side. Cast
wheels are provided as a default option with all variants which aid in easy movement of a machine at site.

Bar Bending Machine:
Models IBM-42/52/55
INNOMAC is the first company in India to introduce and supply 4 pre-set angles as per requirement through PLC control system. Machine is controlled by PLC instead of a traditional RELAY system for trouble free operation. The PLC Panel is placed on the operator side for ease of serviceability.
This machine is almost maintenance free, has electrical braking system, imported fully enclosed Ip55 foot pedal.

Molly grease filled planetary gear box lubricated for long life, rigid sliding block with C-Guide provides more ruggedness, completely powder coated machine body for better protection and aesthetics. All pins and bushes are toughened, hard Chrome plated for better bending and corrosive resistant. Rigid and easily accessible grouting legs for grouting and better machine rigidity. Wider lifting lugs for ease of operation.

Construction Lifts:
Models ICL 500/300.
These are robust in design, having best in the segment features like high operating speed, 360-degree rotation, safety limit switch, rigid drive system etc.

INNOMAC is providing rugged make-in-India and energy efficient motors for longer life and higher energy efficiency.

The electro-mechanical built-in brake systems ensures safety during power failures. This machine comes with a heavy-duty speed reduction gear box directly coupled to the rope drum, thus eliminating any belt drives.

1.6-Metre-Long Boom: This equipment provides very long boom of 1.6 meter with 500/300 Kgs capacity, with a very compact footprint which is best in the segment.

REVERSIBLE CONCRETE MIXER:

Moreover, it is easy to carry and use at any time and place. The unique feature of this machine is the inbuilt bar cutting machine for 14 and up to 25 mm dia.

Rope Suspended Platform:
INNOMAC Rope Suspended Platforms are with various models suiting to different applications. Our platforms are highly efficient, safe and durable with advanced features.

The standard cradle platforms are of 2 Metres length. Wider platforms of 9, 12 and 15metres length can be provided based on the request of the end users to suit various applications.

BMU :
We design, supply, install and maintain Building Maintenance Units (BMU)for all kinds of high-rise buildings.

A building maintenance unit (BMU) is an automatic, remote-controlled or mechanically operated machine, fixed on the roof or parapet of the building. A cradle is suspended from the machine with wire ropes, using which the cleaning and maintenance of the building is carried out. The BMU’s are specifically designed for accessing both the exterior and interior structure of a building.
